It's a good gym, I feel they need a bigger building the equipment is too crammed meaning walking around and working out you need to be very aware what's going on around you. Some evenings it gets hideously busy meaning equipment not easy to access. That said the equipment is good, sauna and squash a bonus.... The staff are really decent, always patient with my very limited polish and make you feel welcome. The price especially for couples is very good value.

Nice large but still cozy gym. I'm not sure how often they do the tabata workout, but it takes up the entire gym. The music was defining but looked fun. I'm definitely going back and maybe joining in one of the classes during my visit.

It's very important to me this gym and I'm so excited to here in this gym and I feel so much better than others gym Martin is very good trener and it's very helpful
