Theresa from the YMCA was such a great help! She made sure to address my problem in a very professional and swift manner. Also Julia at the front desk has amazing energy! She makes my day every time I visit!
"So I guess they’re village people were lying when they said"

So I guess they’re village people were lying when they said there’s a place you can go when you’re short on your dough because ymca memberships aren’t affordable at all and they make you pay for other services you don’t want and the fee subsidizes less busy locations that would be less profitable. It’s all counter to the interests of the average working class young man.
"Great place to be a member of"

Great place to be a member of. Super friendly staff and the building is well-maintained base on its age and its use of it. The gym is very nice, clean and not too busy at certain times. I love going to play squash, and they got two squash courts and a few other different courts. The swimming pool looks fresh and smells like chlorine.
"Staff are nice and knowledgeable"

Staff are nice and knowledgeable. Has a lot of up-to-date equipment, the only thing I don't like is how the machines are close together. Wish the gym wasn't in the basement because it feels kinda like a dungeon lol . A nice track with different speeds posted. Also you have to pay a $1 for a towel, which I never had to do at my the other YMCA that I went to. Even still I will definitely go again.
"Accident damaging ligaments"

I had an accident damaging ligaments. Unsupervised kids from the summer program were playing with water in the hall. The water was unmarked and I was just walking when I lost balance. Their insurance company and the Y took total advantage of me when I was in pain and unable to think or focus. Pro Claims LP, both are predators with their own selfish agendas. The Y is not safe to be in, because if you get injured due to their unsafe environment they could not care less about their members. I asked for them to cover real injuries which by law surface within 2 years. It is reasonable and they are both breaking the law by burying their heads in the sand. This could be you or your child injured and you only get games and lies.
"Good old gym equipment"

Good but to old the gym equipment is old but the basketball court is pretty good
"Run psychopathically lazy immoral"

Run-down and in real need of investment, the men's locker room especially is in poor shape. Hours have been cut back (now closing early on weekends), which hurts the young people who rely on this space, and the service can feel impersonal. The one real saving grace is one of the best indoor basketball courts in the city.

"Ve going place since"

I’ve Been going to this place since I was 12, (18) now, great place, not very clean and also the new front desk stuff are rude for no apparent reason. They’re just awful to people, they either need proper training or they just gotta take a chill pill, other than that there’s not much to complain about. And I forgot to mention the locker or change room isn’t very safe, don’t keep valuables inside the locker room, very shady people are in there half the time.
