"Visited to use the pool facilities today"

We visited to use the pool facilities today. The indoor small pool was closed due to chemical concerns and it was visibly very filthy. The outdoor pool was grey where you could not see your feet. We found that concerning and spoke with the lifeguards. They said they had an issue with the chemical levels indoors but outdoor "they could check if we would like". Sorry it's not up to me to dictate whether a pool that is visibly grey with scum floating around the edges from sunblock and bugs everywhere is worthy of investigating. It was lovely that the pool was open, but not in the condition that the water was visibly in. The change room area was a maze and I walked by the courts and spa unable to find my way out. Better signage is needed.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to the organizing team of the most recent Ontario Provincial Racquetball Championship in Burlington, Ontario. Being relatively new to the sport, this was the first time attending and participating in this tournament and I am excited in planning to return from Windsor, Ontario next year. There were so many people that made my experience unforgettable however I would like to personally thank a few. Kyle Wiseman, Matthew Forstner, and Tammy Gray along with their team, couldn’t have been better hosts and are truly genuine ambassadors to the game. The tournament was so smoothly run and the atmosphere of competition was extremely evident. However most importantly, everywhere you looked to you could witness a sense of community, more specifically family through the interactions of all that were present. Regardless of the results, everyone was also very encouraging and supportive of all the players. It was also so refreshing to the see the numbers of individuals playing from such a wide range of ages. This is a testament to the commitment of Racquetball Ontario’s board in doing their best to promote the sport. I would also like to commend the Cedar Springs Health, Racquet, and Sportclub for being selected as the host site. The facility itself is something that can not be explained unless you physically are within it. The friendliness of the whole staff, the cleanliness of the courts and the accessibility to the services it has to offer was first-class. I specifically want to thank both Chris and Julia from the restaurant for their prompt and friendly service. They both were very inviting and always had a smile on their faces. Congratulations again to all those involved in such a wonderful event. I am confident in saying the sport is that much better because of their efforts in this tournament and in all that they do throughout the year.

Very nice gym. Lots of scheduled workout classes. Also equipped with tennis/squash courts.

Went to this gym for a long time, just recently cancelled, it was a long time coming. The weight room is a dump, even with the "new renovations". All the equipment is so old, probably early 90's, they've gotten SOME new equipment but it's mediocre at best and is coming in at a snails pace. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Weight room always trashed, nobody puts their weights away, nor does any staff seem to try and keep it order. When I tried to cancel it took me over 4 weeks to get an answer out of anybody after numerous phone calls, emails, and in-person requests. Literally any other gym is better than this one. If you like racquet sports this place will suit you fine, anything else, forget it.

Loved it, the price for the membership was great and really cheap. There are. Multiple courts ranging from tennis to squash.
