Fail to see how you can call something a CONCESSIONARY membership when you pay 61% of full price to be able to access the facilities less than 50% of the time its open and only the most inconvenient times when no one else wants to go. Think they need to change the name.😂

The staff and facilities cannot be faulted and the cafe has improved by 100%, the cafe staff are excellent too, but please,please stop non blue badge holders from parking in the disabled bays. This is a huge obstacle for disabled visitors and a major put off. If thoughtless people are not deterred they will continue to park there.

For the better part of 2 months the sauna has been inactive because of a single piece of wood that hasn't even snapped. The area that is cracked could just be taken out so people dont sit on that specific area. Most of it is still usable but out of action. When you ask the staff when it will be resolved they just look at you completely oblivious and reply with "I don't know" the price went up yet the service has literally been chopped in half for months now
