"Total Disappointment: Lack of Inclusivity I am very"

Total Disappointment: Lack of Inclusivity I am very disappointed by my experience at this tennis club. Having booked with my friends to have a good time, we were faced with an unpleasant situation. The club president informed us that wearing a headscarf was prohibited, claiming it was included in the rules. However, there are no rules available that stipulate such a restriction. He added that the headscarf should not be part of tennis attire, which is completely incomprehensible and exclusionary. For me, sport should be a space of inclusivity and acceptance, regardless of beliefs or clothing choices. I'm not even a member of this club; I just wanted to enjoy the court with my friends, but this situation left a bitter taste in my mouth.

"If you're religious, don't go there; you won't be welcome"

If you're religious, don't go there; you won't be welcome, and according to this club, you shouldn't play tennis, or at least not on its court! ^^! Choose places where everyone is free to dress as they wish, to believe as they wish, and where sharing and the true values of sport are still valued! And above all, where human beings are respected as such!

"I would like to share my experience"

I would like to share my experience. We had booked several tennis courts for a group of at least eight people. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a gentleman named Danni, who was extremely kind and friendly. He took care of our reservations, unaware that there were rules regarding attire or religious symbols such as wearing a headscarf. However, while we were playing, the club president came to inform us that tennis attire was mandatory (we were dressed in sportswear). He specified that trousers were sufficient, but particularly emphasized that head coverings, specifically the headscarves some of us were wearing, were not permitted according to the club rules, which were supposedly posted outside the club.

"Very disappointed with this club My child has been enrolled"

Very disappointed with this club My child has been enrolled since September and there has been absolutely no progress. The sessions are repetitive, lacking in content, without any challenge, and with no physical activity whatsoever. It clearly feels like the children are there to fill a time slot, not to learn. There is no individual follow-up, no feedback on progress (or lack thereof), and above all, no communication with parents. The instructors don't even take the time to talk or build a relationship. We travel there every week for sessions that offer nothing, which is very frustrating, especially considering the investment of time and money. I do not recommend this club if you are looking for serious coaching and real progress for your child.

"Frankly, it's a shame"

Frankly, it's a shame. We booked two tennis courts through Deciplus, but the website is no longer working. There were five of us wearing headscarves, and while we were playing, the club president came over and told us we had to "dress in tennis attire" and specified that "ostentatious religious symbols are prohibited." He also claimed it was written at the entrance. Except that after checking, there was no sign indicating this. We tried looking on their website, but it's down. So, we have no idea if we wouldn't have come otherwise. I'm very disappointed, especially since Denis was very kind to us.
