"Maybe not for everyone"

Maybe not for everyone, but for us, it was great. I signed up because I've been suffering from severe back pain for a long time. That was six weeks ago, and I can at least say for myself that the training has helped me a lot. No more pain after getting up or in the evening. The training program designed specifically for me has helped me a lot, so I can now move from my goal of "pain-free" to building muscle. The equipment: Some of it is old, but no one claims it's all new; I personally haven't noticed any defects. Locker rooms are just locker rooms... The sauna area is great, and the outdoor area with a view of the Spree is almost unique! I've never used the small bar in the entrance area, but the price is perfectly reasonable in my opinion. I can't say anything about the squash courts because I've never used them. The badminton court was okay and sufficient for us as beginners. Staff: Always friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable there and can't say anything negative. The trainer, Tom, is there to help and correct when necessary. It all feels like a family atmosphere, if that's what you can say after just 6 weeks. Of course, the rule applies here too: everyone gets the kindness they give back. And I think anyone who acts like an ass shouldn't complain about unfriendly staff here. The clientele is pleasant and helpful. Everyone pays a little attention and offers help from time to time (at least, that's my impression). No bullshit. No "wannabe chicks." My conclusion: Great studio, fair price, everything top-notch. I got what I was looking for, and sore muscles to boot. Thanks, Tom.🤣

We've been going there for ages, play squash regularly, and badminton is also possible, but it's not that common in the area. Terrace is always nice in summer after sports. The fields could be mopped more often, they are sometimes slippery from the dust/abrasion of the shoes and balls.

I've always enjoyed training in the fitness area, but now terminating my contract is an absolute odyssey. I have already sent written notice of termination twice, one of them by registered mail. No reaction. There has also been no response to my repeated email inquiries. From my experience, I cannot advise anyone to sign a contract here.

Pros: -It's never crowded when I'm there -Well-equipped dojo if you're looking for martial arts training. -All the equipment weights you need. -The view of the Spree is fantastic. -The sauna area with sun terrace on the Spree is good -There is a cold pool!++ -All in all, it has its charm, almost as if you were in the 90s. -Otherwise nice atmosphere, friendly people. Cons: - Opening hours Closed on Saturday? Real? - In the sauna there is often more of a regular atmosphere, which is really annoying for people who want to take a sauna in peace. But that's not a fault of the wellness club. It's a shame that there is no relaxation sauna. But it is also often loud in the lying area. A proper relaxation area would also be good here. - The sauna is only open three times a week, which is a shame. But you can still adjust to it. All in all, it suits me personally very well and I'm glad that the wellness club exists and I enjoy going there. Unfortunately you can't give it 5 stars because there are still a lot of details missing.
