We were there today for the first time to play squash, so potential new customers. First of all, nobody had any idea what the rules were, super disappointing, the answer we got was 'there's a sheet hanging up somewhere'. Then playing was really hard because we were given a 'pro ball', clearly no clue again. Showers super dirty. I mean really properly dirty. Everyone was nice enough, but they're lacking knowledge and passion... it's really no wonder places like this go out of business ;( These are really simple things we're talking about here. As a goodbye all we got was a 'bye', that's not how you get a new customer to come back.

I come here often to play squash. Very nice staff. The courts are a bit dated, but they're ok. Can't complain about the value for money. If you go on the weekend, you need to allow a bit more time if you want to grab a drink afterward. The staff are usually pretty busy with the guests on the bowling lanes. That's been my experience.
