We had booked my son's birthday party there on 10.01.26. The plan was three hours of indoor football, one hour of squash, and finally a meal at the restaurant. After two hours we called it off without eating, because the heating, which I gather from reading here has been broken for a while, meant it was freezing cold and an unreasonable situation for the children. I specifically booked an indoor hall to avoid exactly that. There was no information about this beforehand, nor on-site when we checked in. Only when I asked about it was it sheepishly explained that the heating wasn't working, and that was that as far as they were concerned with me. No other solution, no alternative, no accommodation, or at least an apology. Two hours for 60 euros in a cold, old, poorly maintained hall. With the squash, by the way, exactly the same story, freezing cold there too and hardly inviting. Even today I'm still very shocked and disappointed at how such a couldn't-care-less attitude ruined my child's entire birthday! If something doesn't work, you shouldn't offer it!
